What struck me right away in my first interview was the openness of the Dutch organization. My interview was right in the middle of the busy season, so almost everyone from “my” department was out of the office. But I immediately clicked with the people who were there. I had a good feeling right from the start. I got an extensive tour and immediately felt that this could be a great fit. I quickly noticed there’s a kind of family culture here.
